Steel Silo Designed for Safety, Efficiency, Stability
Every silo is different, and we know that enough to build based on structural integrity and the characteristics of silo material, as well as the specific conditions of the job site. Our work is more than planning: it’s risk control.

Our team uses highly specific designs based on the analysis of structures, construction, and a multitude of data. We provide complete control and visualization of the design throughout its life cycle.
Using a toolset of BIM, digital twins, and advanced intelligent systems, we tackle sophisticated silo projects, visualize everything in 3D, and eliminate risks before they materialize, while optimizing project schedules and budgets. We partner with clients to provide innovative engineering solutions to their most complex challenges.

We Don’t Sell Products.
We Engineer Systems.
The early stages of engineering decisions determine your storage project's long-term operational safety and cost-efficiency, which is why we are dedicated to act as your engineering decision partner, moving beyond standardized bulk material handling designs.
There are too many variables to consider to design steel silos using templated designs. The flow of material, the local climate and other factors such as the design’s response to seismic activity cannot be standardized.
Designing and constructing a silo system requires continuously evaluation of structural design, material behavior, and operational conditions as an interconnected ecosystem, not isolated parts.
We work to identify and eliminate risks such as structural fatigue and the impact of weather and material bridging during the design process, as we do not build anything without first validating the design.

Engineering is a Iterative Process
Not a single design step. We follow a rigorous protocol to validate every parameter.

How We Control Engineering Risks
We focus on long-term stability of the structures and their designs. We deal with the challenges of material compaction, off center discharge of materials, and thermal expansion limitations to ensure that our silos do not deform.
We distinguish between mass flow and funnel flow, and we design discharge outlets and hoppers based on friction tests we run to avoid arching, rat-holing, and bridging.
A hurricane silo on the coast has engineering challenges different than those of a silo in a snowy area with an active fault line. We apply wind, snow, and earthquake resistance models unique to the geographic data of a specific site.
To avoid bottlenecking operations, we integrate silo geometry, structural support, and design with the feeding and conveying systems to maximize the flow of the entire plant.
We utilize globally recognized engineering standards and advanced simulation.
